Judging Faculty-led Programs

I was interested to read a recent post on the Melibee Global blog by Kyle Rausch at Arizona State University about his thoughts on negative judgments in the education abroad field regarding short-term programs and choosing to study in Western Europe. He raises a good point, I thought, about the criticism being directed to the wrong place: the focus belongs more on program quality than on length or location. Your thoughts?
