Catherine Spaeth, Ph.D., is the main contributor to this site. She is an International Program Consultant at Seminars International and lives and works in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Catherine has over 20 years experience in the education abroad field, including directing a study abroad office, study abroad advising, working with faculty to develop and administer faculty-led programs, developing policies, collaborating with university offices, developing and implementing a university-wide internationalization plan, leading a faculty-led education abroad consortium, serving on a NAFSA committee–and now my current position working with faculty and education abroad professionals to plan and develop faculty-led programs.
Catherine has a Ph.D. in American Studies and a B.A. in French and English. She studied abroad twice in France, bicycled around Europe, and speaks French and a little Italian.
